Founded in 2026, our shop was built on a simple idea: serve our community well using the skills we already had. As a local family with a passion for fixing things and helping people, we saw an opportunity to do auto repair differently — with honesty, clear communication, and respect for both our customers’ time and budgets.

We’re a family-owned and operated business, proudly serving the town we call home. Trevor, a lifelong mechanic and problem-solver, serves as our Service Manager and Lead Technician. From a very young age, he’s been repairing, rebuilding, and upgrading anything with a motor. Alex runs the office and keeps everything moving smoothly behind the scenes. Our additional technicians aren’t just employees — they’re longtime friends we grew up wrenching alongside, people we trust and would put our own family vehicles in front of.

Being family-owned means more to us than a label. It means building something we’re proud of, giving back to our community using our talents, and setting an example for our two sons of what it looks like to work hard, serve others, and do the right thing even when no one is watching.

We started this shop because we believe the customer experience in auto repair can – and should – be better. Too often, people face pressure, confusing explanations, or unexpected bills. We know how frustrating that is, because we’re a family on a budget too. That’s why we focus on honest repairs, fair pricing, and clear communication every step of the way.

We don’t upsell, we don’t pressure, and we don’t hide behind jargon. Our digital inspection system provides easy-to-understand estimates with photos and clear descriptions that you can review and approve right from your phone. You’re always welcome to see or keep your old parts, and we’ll explain any repair as simply or as in-depth as you’d like.

We offer comprehensive general repair and maintenance services — from diagnostics and brakes to routine upkeep — and while we don’t do body work, transmission rebuilds, or complex electrical repairs, we never cut corners on the work we do take on. Your safety and the well-being of the people inside your vehicle always come first.

Giving back is important to us. We support our community through local discounts, youth team sponsorships, and involvement with the Chamber of Commerce. We proudly serve families, farmers, commuters, small businesses, and fleet vehicles, and while we plan to move into a larger facility in the future, we’re committed to remaining a long-term part of this town.

Went for an oil change on my truck. Last minute needed to haul my horse trailer the mornjng of my appointment and they were very flexible about telling me I could unhook it on their property so I didn’t have to run it back home. I have a part in the trailer that broke off. They mentioned they did some welding work so I asked if they’d evaluate the broken piece to see if they could repair it for me. They went above and beyond and actually fixed it right then and there along with the scheduled oil change. Also helped me unhook and rehook my trailer. While he was doing the oil he let me know if some rusted lines he saw and made sure to mention to me that they may be a problem in the near future. Great people and definitely will get my business again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I highly recommend them very much they did an awesome job on my van they let you know what needs to be done while fixing the problem they are also multi-task their work if you need a gasket replaced they'll let you know while fixing the problem on your vehicle I know where I'm taking my van and my other vehicles which I don't have only 1 vehicles definitely have my permanent business thank you young man I really appreciate it very much they also have a seating area they also let ya know before he turns on the power tools!!!! Highly very highly recommend in my book. Awesome prices too!

I booked online and they reached out to me promptly! Car was in the shop within an hour. Their online system is very user friendly with excellent turn around time. A free inspection was done after which I received a text copy of the full detailed report - including pictures that clearly showed I needed new brakes. This was nice to have instead of just taking word of mouth like every other shop I've been too.. Being a woman I've had my fair share of issues with auto shops- typically being lack of explanation and hefty attitudes when I ask valid questions. Thankfully that wasn't an issue with True North! All I had to do was look at the report pictures and click yes or no from my phone. (That being said I did still call for confirmation and the owner was very kind and informative!) Car was picked up later that day and all is well 🙂
